The 2005 produced second ambient-pop-cd „drop in the ocean“ of the group spook appends directly to the debut-album „nobody ever”. Uwe Kleiber developed his working with sounds, samples and loops to a degree of perfection that allows the listener dive into a world full of secrets, feelings and experiences. The skills of words and voice by Anand Ehring join this music joyfully, telling stories of nature, SciFi and eternal being. The melodic basslines of Florian Gleichmann complete this picture, and the result is a unique mix of relaxed grooves, mystic spheres and a deep positive feeling of life.
“drop in the ocean” is a one-in-all piece of art, where one track transforms into the next one. The cry of an eagle opens the door to a world which is known as the innermost home since the beginning of time. The message is: Face the falling of the drop and surrender completely to flying, in order to melt in the ocean with that where you originally came from. All is one.
